    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Laborer III&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Division:&nbsp;</strong>FiOptix Inc</p><p><strong>FSLA Status</strong>: &nbsp;Non-Exempt</p><p><strong>Reports To:&nbsp;</strong>Project Manager</p><p><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong>This position is responsible for performing entry level general labor and site utility work for commercial and residential construction projects.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards&nbsp;</li><li>Assist crew members with construction work as required&nbsp;</li><li>Operate compressors and missiles&nbsp;</li><li>Install pedestals and vaults&nbsp;</li><li>Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment in a safe manner</li><li>Dig trenches and remove, fill, or compact earth&nbsp;</li><li>Mix ingredients to create compounds for covering or cleaning surfaces</li><li>Assist with the handling and placement of conduit and cables&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Perform site clean-up</li><li>Complete all required Company documentation</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.</p><p><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong><strong>High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education</strong></p><p><strong>Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Two years construction, maintenance, or labor experience&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of locate markings&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and understand construction and permit drawings&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of traffic controls and lane closures&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to use hand tools</li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements</li><li>Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat, and lift 75 lbs.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in various settings with moderate to loud noise levels &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces</li><li>Ability to work long and unpredictable hours&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including short notice travel.
