    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></span></p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Agile Coach / Scrum Master</span> to serve as a key enabler of agility across our organization. In this role, you will support teams and leaders in effectively applying Agile principles, fostering self‑organization, and continuously improving ways of working.</p>\n<p>Combining hands‑on Scrum Master support with broader coaching, education, and change initiatives, you will play an important role in shaping a sustainable Agile culture and creating an environment that enables efficient delivery of value.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Agile Transformation &amp; Organizational Development.</li>\n<li>Coach Agile principles, practices, and mindsets.</li>\n<li>Facilitate all Scrum events, ensuring they are effective, time‑boxed, and value‑driven.</li>\n<li>Partner with Product Owners and Team Leads to refine backlog prioritisation and clarity of outcomes.</li>\n<li>Foster a safe environment that encourages open communication, constructive feedback, and experimentation.</li>\n<li>Guide teams in applying Agile techniques such as backlog refinement, story slicing, estimation, and flow optimization.</li>\n<li>Promote continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and follow‑up on action items.</li>\n<li>Help teams identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, facilitating alignment with stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Model Agile leadership behaviors and champion a culture of learning, experimentation, and innovation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Experience</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile delivery role.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Background in product development, operations, or technology‑driven environments is a strong advantage.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with scaling approaches (e.g. Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe) is a plus, but not required.</li>\n<li>Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.</li>\n<li>Strong coaching skills, with the ability to support individuals, teams, and leaders toward greater autonomy and effectiveness.</li>\n<li>Excellent facilitation capabilities, including engaging retrospectives, workshops, and problem‑solving sessions.</li>\n<li>Ability to foster psychological safety, open communication, and constructive feedback.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agile certifications such as PSM I/II, CSP‑SM, ICP‑ACC, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Coaching certifications (e.g. ICF, ICP‑ATF, ICP‑ACC) are an advantage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We also offer:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hybrid and flexible work model.</li>\n<li>Competitive salary aligned with your experience and performance results.</li>\n<li>Transparent culture with open communication.</li>\n<li>Training budget to support your professional development.</li>\n<li>Modern equipment and tools.</li>\n<li>Many Company and Team events!</li>\n<li>Open, friendly and creative team and relaxed working atmosphere.</li>\n<li>Private healthcare; Multisport card and cafeteria programme.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About ANIXE:</span></p>\n<p>We are a pure engineering company that is part of the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">DERTOUR group</span>. Grown on experiences within the world's most demanding industries.
