We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> this role is for night shift 2-2-3 from 6PM to 6:30AM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on process equipment, such as bioreactors, centrifuges, ultrafiltration skids, parts washers, autoclaves, isolators, and fillers</li>\n <li>Provides recommendations to develop preventative maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime</li>\n <li>Contributes to Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) development and revisions for process maintenance related activities</li>\n <li>Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions</li>\n <li>Assists in the installation and commissioning of new equipment</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate maintenance records and documentation</li>\n <li>Follows SOPs to ensure compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) quality standards</li>\n <li>Adheres to all safety requirements and follows safe work practices</li>\n <li>Notifies management or Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) when unsafe conditions or hazards are found</li>\n <li>Attends all required safety and health training</li>\n <li>Supports site operations and emergency work orders during off-hours, as needed</li>\n <li>Performs spare parts assessments, as required</li>\n <li>Performs other duties, as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge & Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems</li>\n <li>Knowledge of GMP requirements</li>\n <li>Effective communication, both written and oral</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles</li>\n <li>Detail oriented, and good problem-solving and time management skills</li>\n <li>Ability to train others</li>\n <li>Must be able to support 24/7 manufacturing facility, including shift, on-call and weekends</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED</li>\n <li>2-4 years of maintenance experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field</li>\n <li>Prior maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Will work in environment which may necessitate respiratory protection No X YesMay work in Mechanical/Production spaces that may require hearing protection and enrollment in a hearing conservation program.
