          "text": "<p>As a Senior Simulation Developer at Vention, you’ll be a key contributor to the evolution of our browser-based simulation engine. Working as part of an agile team, you’ll help design and implement new 3D simulation features and workflows that empower users to autonomously design, validate, and visualize their machines. Your work will have a high impact on the platform’s capabilities and how we demonstrate our technology to customers.</p><p>We’re seeking someone passionate about solving complex technical challenges in a collaborative, fast-paced scaleup environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.</p></li><li><p>Support and mentor junior members of the team in all aspects of agile software development.</p></li><li><p>Apply software design patterns and SOLID principles to create clean, maintainable, and reusable code.</p></li><li><p>Work with TypeScript, with additional exposure to Python and C++ where needed.</p></li><li><p>Develop and optimize applications using ReactJS for frontend development.</p></li><li><p>Analyze and refactor legacy code, improving architecture, maintainability and performance.</p></li><li><p>Ensure automated tests coverage is following industry best practices and maintain high standards of security and code quality.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop simulation and physics-based applications.</p></li><li><p>Work with physics engines and renderers when needed.</p></li><li><p>Utilize linear algebra and other mathematical techniques when needed.</p></li></ul>",
