    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Trauma Specialists of Delaware is a values-based community of helping professionals working to provide effective, evidence-based trauma treatment to enhance the mental well-being of children, adults, families, and couples in our community. We are a highly skilled, fun, dynamic, and collaborative group of clinicians who value working together to treat the impact of trauma on our communities.  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">  </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clinical therapists provide outpatient, individual, family, and group therapy to patients of Trauma Specialists with locations in Lewes and Milton, DE.  Clinical therapy services include treatment of adults, adolescents, couples and families. Clinicians should have EMDR basic training or be willing to get the training shortly after being hired.  Other treatment modalities such as IFS, DBT, Neurofeedback are also encouraged.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">We offer our employees the following:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We provide benefits (medical, dental, vision, short term/long term disability and life) to full-time staff, including a 401k match, Bi-monthly Wellness Stipend and discounted pet insurance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Training in EMDR therapy to become a Trauma Specialist.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Referrals are provided and new clients are scheduled by our stellar intake team. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We do all the billing and have a practice manager. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We offer free clinical consultation for all of our clinicians.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We provide ongoing training and training benefits. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: underline\">Minimum Qualification Requirements</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and an active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, or LPCMH) in the State of Delaware.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">  </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Available to hold at least 25 patient sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Trauma Specialists.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Have experience in treatment planning and excellent documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Be compassionate, inclusive, self-motivated, and relatable (a great sense of humor is a plus!)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Have a desire to treat trauma effectively.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: underline\">Other Qualification Preferences</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prior experience in a private practice setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Have a specialization in treating trauma.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Current approval as an in-network provider with BCBS (or ability to be paneled) and other insurance providers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience and/or certification in art therapy. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Clinical Supervision opportunities are also available!
