The role is primarily responsible, under moderate supervision, for providing quality relations with borrowers through completing the origination processing of application, loan disclosure, review files for adherence to underwriting standards; ensuring completeness of submission to processing. The position also entails working with local, assigned Guild branches to train other non-Reverse Loan Officers to do reverse mortgages.  This training will include visits and live presentations to branches, as well mentoring the Loan Officer on specific reverse mortgages.",
