Reporting to the Order Management Activity Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end integrity of customer purchase orders across multiple lines of business. In this fast-paced role, you will ensure that manual and electronic orders are processed with 24-hour precision, maintaining the critical data that keeps our global supply chain moving.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Order Execution:</strong> Track and process incoming customer purchase orders via Baan for both manual and EDI transactions, ensuring sales and purchase orders are generated within 24 hours.</li><li><strong>Data Integrity:</strong> Monitor and maintain the &quot;Item Master&quot; in Baan to ensure all orders meet Business Plan Review requirements and corporate standards.</li><li><strong>Discrepancy Resolution:</strong> Act as a liaison between customers, Sales, and Purchasing to resolve order discrepancies, retaining all necessary documentation for audit compliance.</li><li><strong>System Management:</strong> Manage new customer delivery addresses, verify GSDB codes, and update routing, broker, and contact information to ensure record accuracy.</li><li><strong>Agile Amendments:</strong> Execute requested amendments for costs, pricing, part numbers, and quantities within strict 24-hour turnaround times.</li><li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Establish and document work procedures to improve efficiency, participate in peer reviews of system data, and ensure all electronic filing meets ISO retention standards.</li><li><strong>Specialized Support:</strong> Coordinate billable/sample depot orders and manage shipper information for specialized programs, such as the special markets scrap program.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong>We are looking for a professional who thrives on accuracy and meeting high-performance objectives.
