    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><em>The Weitz Company</em> is looking for an experienced Senior Project Superintendent that is open to Travel and eventually to be located on projects in the Phoenix, AZ area.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> <br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Senior Project Superintendent is responsible for the profitable field operations on complex, large projects after demonstrating ability to successfully complete smaller projects. The Senior Project Superintendent is also responsible to establish the safety culture on the jobsite and work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff to achieve profitable outcomes. This individual should also create and maintain effective client, vendor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships. font-size: 12pt\">Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop and update the project schedule, resource allocation, and work processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare two-week look ahead schedules</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee daily construction activities ensuring work meets quality standards, project timelines, and budgets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate with subcontractors, manage their performance, and ensure they adhere to contract requirements and safety protocols</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct regular site inspections, identify and address quality issues, and ensure work meets project specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively to maintain project momentum and project schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee all aspects of project execution, including constructions schedules, budgets, and quality control</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supervise and coordinate all field personnel, subcontractors, and construction activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
