This hands-on leadership role works closely with Customer Service, Production, and other departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.</p><h3>What You&#39;ll Do</h3><h4>Production &amp; Operational Excellence</h4><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Oversee daily production activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.</li><li>Inspect products to verify compliance with quality specifications and direct machine setup and adjustments as needed.</li><li>Establish and adjust workflows to meet production demands and maximize departmental efficiencies.</li><li>Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to production methods, processes, and product quality.</li><li>Analyze production challenges and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and improve performance.</li></ul><h4>Leadership &amp; Team Development</h4><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational and personal growth goals.</li><li>Communicate company policies, expectations, and safety procedures while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.</li><li>Assign duties, provide training, and support employees to ensure success in their roles.</li><li>Conduct regular performance discussions, annual evaluations, and create individualized development plans for team members.</li><li>Motivate employees to achieve departmental goals and maintain high levels of engagement.</li></ul><h4>Food Safety &amp; Workplace Safety</h4><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Enforce all food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation standards.</li><li>Promote and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with company safety policies and regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors and support departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.</li></ul><h4>Administrative Responsibilities</h4><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Maintain accurate production records, labor tracking, and material inventories.</li><li>Estimate and requisition materials as needed to support uninterrupted production.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h3>What You&#39;ll Bring</h3><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, food processing, poultry production, or a related industry preferred.</li><li>Experience supervising teams, operating production equipment, and improving efficiencies is highly desirable.</li><li>Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.</li></ul><h3>Why Bell &amp; Evans?</h3><p>At Bell &amp; Evans, we don&#39;t just produce exceptional chicken&mdash;we invest in exceptional people.
