Publishing titles across multiple platforms ranging from console to handheld and mobile, our group is comprised of veterans from various aspects of the industry brought together by one simple thing: a love of gaming.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span></p>\n<p><span>Product Coordinator is responsible for the upkeep of a live operations product. Job duties also include maintaining records of a game title, checking for fan feedbacks, and ensuring the accuracy of the information handled. If you wish, this position may have a path towards becoming an Associate Producer.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll be doing: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Primary liaison between the Japanese development teams and GungHo America’s production team for a live operations title.</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for monitoring product updates and maintenances.</span></li>\n<li><span>Request information required for social media and marketing efforts.</span></li>\n<li><span>Share fan feedback with Japanese development teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>Accurately translate informational material from written Japanese to English and vice versa. </span><br></li>\n<li><span>Provide feedback on marketing materials.</span></li>\n<li><span>Check accuracy of in-game messaging.</span></li>\n<li><span>Check accuracy of messaging on all official channels.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide a helpful presence for the fans.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Create proposals for tournaments, giveaways, and merchandise at live events.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Assist with KPI data analysis.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure correct timings of messages, announcements, and reveals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and desired experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must be business-level proficiency in English and in Japanese (both written and verbal). </span></li>\n<li><span>Bachelor's degree preferred.</span></li>\n<li>One to two years of localization experience in the same or a similar role preferred.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel for business as needed.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work overtime when required. <br></li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li>\n<li><span>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </span></li>\n<li><span>Strong eagerness to learn and grow in the video game industry. </span></li>\n<li><span>Passion for games! </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pluses:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing knowledge or a related background.</li>\n<li><span>A proven track record of generating results in a data-driven environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong public speaking and presentation skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why you want to work here:</span></p>\n<p><span>At GungHo, we’re enthusiastic about creating fun games and we’re always looking for talented individuals with whom we can share our passion.
