In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initial planning through execution and successful delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive projects forward, manage change, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.</p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\">Lead the planning, development, execution, and administration of assigned IT projects across a range of methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)</li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\">Translate business needs into actionable project plans by working closely with cross-functional teams</li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\">Define project scope, create schedules, assign resources, estimate costs, and manage budgets</li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\">Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain momentum and ensure timely delivery</li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\">Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders through regular status reports, progress updates, and executive briefings</li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\">Facilitate and document key meetings including kickoffs, stand-ups, stakeholder reviews, and retrospectives</li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\">Support or lead individual workstreams within larger programs run by other Project or Program Managers</li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\">Manage project documentation, meeting minutes, task tracking, benefits realization metrics, and closure reports</li><li style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal;\">Ensure successful handover of projects to operations and production support teams</li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\">Post-secondary degree, certificate, or equivalent education and experience in Computer Science and/or Information Technology</li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\">Demonstrated experience in business analysis and change management</li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\">Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences</li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: normal;\">Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, define priorities, and drive projects towards clear outcomes</li><li style=\"background-color: white; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);
