    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>This position will be responsible for processing outbound shipments from our US warehouses to our customers. &nbsp; This includes pulling open sales orders from our ERP Infor M3 and translating those sales orders into shipping orders by segregating customer PO, Legacy warehouse location and customer warehouse location. &nbsp;</p><p>Once orders are organized, this position will build load diagrams in MaxLoad Pro for truckload and pallet shipments and share the loading details with the Legacy warehouses.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Run shippable order report several times a day for processing of new customer sales orders.</li><li>Build load diagrams for truckload and box trucks, floor loaded and/or pallets using software program Max Load Pro.</li><li>Coordinate shipments by determining box or truckload shipment and whether a dual stop can be coordinated to reduce freight cost.</li><li>Request rates from truckload carriers based off the shipping lane.</li><li>Determine freight percentage and net profit of a shipment to determine whether load is cost effective.</li><li>Prepare customs documents for loads shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico in addition to other international destinations.</li><li>Update company records in ERP and databases where appropriate.</li><li>Work cross functionally, specifically with Sales, Sales Administration and Warehousing</li><li>Provide updates to Sales Admin and Sales on order processing status as it relates to Logistics</li><li>Develop a knowledge of company products and service offerings through reading, or direct training.</li><li>Any duty or responsibilities assigned by the direct leader or senior management.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: &nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred&nbsp;</li><li>2 Years of Related Experience in domestic/outbound logistics, customer service, and/or sales administration preferred.</li><li>Excellent English verbal and written skills.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>MS Office skills &ndash; strong with Excel.</li></ul></div>\n<br/>Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:30pm",
