    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:.2in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The raw materials clerk in the shipping and receiving department with various logistics-based tasks. Tasks include inspecting, verifying, preparing, delivering, and recording shipments.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:.2in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Receive, inspect, verify, process and route all materials into the facility and off-site facilities (remote sites), and enter the receipts in the Materials Management software system.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Prepares shipments, including documentation, for outbound shipments.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Manages the Returned Goods process according to the Returned Goods SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Delivers stock to the appropriate staging area for departments.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Puts warehoused items in the designated storage areas and rotates stock according to receipt date and expiration dates to ensure proper stock rotation and use prior to expiration.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Notes any short-dated materials upon receipt (less than 30 days of shelf life) and report to the Warehouse Manager to determine any possible action(s) that may need to be taken.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Assists in cycle count and full physical inventory.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Assists in order entry, picking, packing, and delivery of both internal and external orders as needed.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Assists in preparation, receipt, and distribution of internal, inbound, and external mail as needed.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Maintains accuracy to the system while in control of templates, mylars, finished goods, and raw material.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">Performs other duties as required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:.2in;\">&nbsp;Serve as backup driver for deliveries and warehouse support, handling loading/unloading, route planning, and safe transport; must be eligible for DOT certification.</li></ul></div><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
