We combine industry partnerships and long-term federal experience with innovative technical leadership to support our customers’ critical missions.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze business processes, workflows, and user needs to define functional and operational requirements  </li>\n <li>Elicit, document, and refine business, user, and system requirements with stakeholders and technical teams  </li>\n <li>Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria  </li>\n <li>Support solution design by aligning business needs with technical approaches  </li>\n <li>Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements  </li>\n <li>Support data quality validation by defining business rules, validation criteria, and expected outcomes  </li>\n <li>Facilitate stakeholder meetings, reviews, and working sessions  </li>\n <li>Maintain requirements traceability and controlled project documentation  </li>\n <li>Support user engagement, feedback collection, and change communication  </li>\n <li>Validate delivered solutions against documented requirements and business objectives  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience  </li>\n <li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> as a Business Analyst supporting technology, data, or software delivery efforts  </li>\n <li>Experience analyzing business processes and translating requirements into technical documentation  </li>\n <li>Experience developing user stories, process flows, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria  </li>\n <li>Experience facilitating communication across stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams  </li>\n <li>Experience conducting gap analysis and process improvement assessments  </li>\n <li>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills  </li>\n <li>Experience working in <strong>Agile</strong> delivery environments  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting <strong>data, analytics, or cloud platform</strong> initiatives  </li>\n <li>Experience with data quality validation, business rules definition, or requirements traceability  </li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>Jira, Confluence</strong>, or similar workflow tools  </li>\n <li>Experience supporting federal or regulated environments </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance Requirement</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a <strong>U.S. Citizen</strong> with the ability to obtain and maintain <strong>U.S. suitability</strong>  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Acuity</strong></p>\n<p>At Acuity, your work matters—and so does your experience.
