    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><u>Tasks PROFILE:</u></span></p><p><span>Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:</span></p><ul><li><span>Prepare batch cards and all production paperwork.</span></li><li><span>Release pick lists for pigment hoppers and chemical raw materials.</span></li><li><span>Sequence batches through production; optimize use of labor, equipment, set ups, and materials.</span></li><li><span>Compare scheduled production order totals to the master schedule.</span></li><li><span>Identify and resolve conflicts for capacity of production equipment and labor.</span></li><li><span>Communicate daily and weekly schedule, progress toward each, and all changes to plant and corporate personnel daily.</span></li><li><span>Prepare reports on capacity, utilization, load, and schedules.</span></li><li><span>Act on requested schedule changes including customer expedites.</span></li><li><span>Bring together on a regular basis Research &amp; Development, Quality Control, Process Engineering, and Production departments to review first time production and critical changes.</span></li><li><span>Evaluate chemical equipment and processes to identify ways to optimize performance or to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>Responsibilities/Expectations:</span></p><ul><li>Demonstrate advanced level proficiency in SAP (planning, scheduling, and production modules required).&nbsp;</li><li><span>Communicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates:&nbsp; provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person.</span></li><li><span>Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality.</span></li><li><span>Learn all manual tasks performed within the department.</span></li><li><span>Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures and following department specific quality control processes and procedures.</span></li><li><span>Treat people with dignity and respect.</span></li><li><span>Conduct all business with integrity.</span></li><li><span>Adhere to Rust-Oleum Corporation Quality principles and participate in all departmental and company-wide Quality activities.</span></li><li><span>Follow all safety procedures and company policies.</span></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">From big benefits to small, we take care of our associates!
