Continuous Improvement : Leading projects focused on safety enhancements, maximizing warehouse and yard space utilization/racking, and improving process efficiency. Infrastructure Management : Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of storage areas, supplies, and tools to ensure total compliance with safety regulations. KPI & Data Management : Recording of receiving and shipment documentation to be made available digitally and develop reports to ensure each warehouse function is completing tasks on-time, including PO line receiving, PO lines error resolution, Shipping transaction posting and BOL and PL documentation, WO parts consumption errors, etc. Safety Leadership : Partnering with the safety department to report and replace broken tools and property, while ensuring all forklift equipment is functional and being operated safely by trained personnel. Resource Optimization : Identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory (SLOB) and working with stakeholders to clear space for high-velocity components.
