From automobile development to smart factories, our Swiss-designed sensor solutions are driving the future of electrified drive technology, industrial automation, and emission reduction.</p><p><strong>Purpose of the Position:&nbsp;</strong>The Stockroom Clerk will receive stock from various suppliers and issue materials and parts which are required in the manufacturing and repair of PC-BUF products. The Stockroom Clerk must maintain<br>all inventory transactions on the ERP system to ensure inventory accuracy. &nbsp;</p><p>Main Tasks<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Receive stock items, pack and unpack items to be stocked in drawers and on shelves in the parts stockroom in proper containers.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Mark stock items using identification labels as required and stock items in an orderly and accessible manner.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Determine stock room layout, update, create and maintain labeling and stockroom address system.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Runs and maintains parts cleaning machine and process<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Occasional product assembly or modifications.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Generate paperwork to pick production work orders, verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, investigate discrepancies and adjust errors in the process.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Issue and/or distribute materials and parts to coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Update computer system for all incoming and outgoing materials &ndash; yellow cards, pink cards, shortage cards, repair sheets and rework orders.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Generate paperwork to close production work orders, package and stock finished products, and update the computer system in the process.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Troubleshoot stock issues and discrepancies.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assists the Logistics team members as required.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with cross training of other associates to these requirements to serve as back-ups when the primary Materials Coordinator is absent.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to cross train to the Shipping Position to serve as back-up when the primary Shipping Personal is absent.<br>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Performs other duties or projects as necessary.</p><p><strong>Physical requirements</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Ability to lift to 20 pounds on occasional basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to sit at a workbench or desk 50% of workday.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to walk 20% of workday.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to stand 25% of workday.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to bend 5% of workday.</li></ul><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Requirements Profile</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">High school diploma or equivalent plus</li><li>3 to 5 years&rsquo; experience in mechanical and electronic parts handling tracking&nbsp;</li><li>OR equivalent training and experience.<strong><br></strong></li></ul><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Why Kistler?</strong></p><p>At Kistler, we value your expertise and offer opportunities for professional growth in a global environment.
