The Merchandise Coordinator will provide support and coordination for the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer in specified merchandise categories for all channels of sales. We strive for operational excellence while developing best in class merchandising strategies each season.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This role requires being onsite in our office Monday through Thursday, and remote option on Friday.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities &nbsp;</p><p>Own sample management – communicating and partnering with our photo and warehouse teams to track sample positions &nbsp;<br>Work in Merchandise Buyer systems to set up and maintain all SKUs&nbsp;<br>Enter and maintain all price/cost changes for relevant categories&nbsp;<br>Prepare reporting as directed and assist Assistant Buyers with business opportunities&nbsp;<br>Maintaining data accuracy and integrity&nbsp;<br>Criteria</p><p>BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred&nbsp;<br>Previous experience in Merchandising preferred &nbsp;<br>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); ability to create pivot tables and experience with advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP a plus &nbsp;<br>Note: Occasional travel may be required&nbsp;<br>Competencies</p><p>Working knowledge of merchandising systems and tools&nbsp;<br>Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset&nbsp;<br>Highly organized and detail-oriented&nbsp;<br>Problem-solving&nbsp;<br>Strong written and verbal communication&nbsp;<br>Collaborative team player&nbsp;<br>Adaptable – responds well to changes in direction, timelines, and priorities</p><p><br>Our Culture &amp; Values<br>We believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all.
