We also leverage our high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities and network to supply leading companies through contract manufacturing and out-licensing.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Acino is part of <a href=\"https://www.arceralifesciences.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arcera</a>, a diversified life sciences holding company, established by ADQ in Abu Dhabi in 2024 with the purpose to advance innovation in line with the Emirate’s 2030 vision for the sector and beyond.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Main Tasks:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow the cGMP and compliance of SOP’s during all warehouse operations and improve performance. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain personnel hygiene inside warehouse premises. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure safe work practices, availability, and usage of recommended PPE during operations at warehouse. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Receipt, inspection, dedusting and storage of all incoming shipments. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Material handling- Operation of stacker, storage of raw, packaging, miscellaneous, finished, and semi-finished goods in appropriate storage condition at specified location. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow status labelling procedure as per approved SOP.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Verification for approval, retest, or expiry status of the materials. Handle the materials as per the relevant status. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Line clearance of area and supervision of dispensing of packing material. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Issuance of materials to Production/QC and retrieval of excess materials from Production. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Dispensing of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, and primary packed goods, where required, and verification thereof. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform the physical inventory check, stock keeping activity, material transfers, shipping, return management, disposal activity related to warehouse. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">To prepare for regulatory audits. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Receipt of Finished Goods from production packaging and record keeping. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Finished goods arrangement for dispatch activities and performing dispatch. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Preparation of gate passes, delivery note, packing list and sales invoice. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inventory and warehouse related transactions in SAP. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Cleaning of warehouse general areas, dispensing, sampling areas, clean rooms equipment and accessories. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Palletization of Finished Goods and Tatmeen reporting as per procedure. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Recording of all the inbound and outbound entries of materials in Logbooks and SAP. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Propose improvement ideas for efficiency in work practices. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible for ensuring compliance to EHS policy and its requirements at workplace. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitoring and ensuring employees follow proper safety procedures. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Report any deviation and non-compliance observed in the warehouse. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Sampling of packing materials, primary packed semi-finished goods (blisters, vials, respules, inhalers, etc.) and imported finished goods and SAP deduction of sampling quantity. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previous warehouse experience is mandatory.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory procedures.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work as part of a team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is the opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, where decisions are taken fast and where you can actively participate in shaping our future.
