This position will be responsible for designing and implementing program curriculum, coordinating individualized supports for students, and developing partnerships with community agencies and local employers to expand educational and workforce opportunities. The Program Manager will oversee program operations including strategic planning, policy development, compliance with ADA, FERPA, and state guidelines, and monitoring program outcomes to support continuous improvement. The role will also include supervising program staff and peer mentors, providing professional development related to IDD best practices, managing program resources and budget, and fostering campus and community partnerships that promote inclusive engagement and student success.
