With a steadfast commitment to advancing medical technology, we take immense pride in the work we do – and have a lot of fun doing it.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About this Opportunity:</strong></p><p>This position performs journey-level spot-welding on various material types and gages.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Performs basic sheet metal operations in various departments as needed.</li><li>Follows verbal and/or written job instructions.</li><li>Performs any adjustments of Spot-weld controller as necessary.</li><li>Follow Vander-Bend Manufacturing Spot-weld set-up process.</li><li>Design, fabricate and maintain Spot-weld fixtures as necessary.</li><li>Maintain and requisition Spot-weld tooling as necessary.</li><li>Create setup sheet and forward to the Weld Lead.</li><li>Produces quality MIG and TIG welds in different positions on varied alloys through a wide range of material gages.</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work area.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
