To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage discrete workstreams within large healthcare transformation initiatives</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing insight, guidance, and responsive communication</li><li>Translate client needs into structured approaches, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes</li><li>Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to address complex challenges and inform decision-making</li><li>Oversee day-to-day delivery activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met</li><li>Manage and mentor consulting teams, including task delegation, performance feedback, and development support</li><li>Provide career management for a small subset of team members, supporting growth and progression</li><li>Develop executive-ready presentations, briefings, and decision support materials</li><li>Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure alignment, communication, and integration across workstreams</li><li>Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance delivery, and add client value</li><li>Support project or program management activities, including planning, reporting, and performance tracking</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li> Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting, federal healthcare environments (highly preferable     within VHA)</li><li>· Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred</li><li>· Experience working directly with clients, including advising and relationship management</li><li>· Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and manage teams in complex environments</li><li>· Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities</li><li>· Experience with project or program management methodologies (PMI/Agile preferred)</li><li>· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams</li><li>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication</li><li>· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity</li><li>· Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented mindset</li><li>· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required</li></ul><p><strong>All candidates must be able to:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift</li>\n\t<li>Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist</li>\n\t<li>Lift up to 20 lbs</li>\n\t<li>Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance</li>\n\t<li>Push/pull with 30 lbs of force</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. </strong></p>",
