The position will work closely with the Construction team, Development team, and Property Management team to ensure the projects are delivered On Time and On Budget and are consistent with Milhaus standards. This role is critical in setting up our projects for success.</p><ul><li>Team closely with Project Superintendent to lead all aspects of a construction job. Play the lead driver role in developing the schedule and budgets for the project.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Bid projects and aid with contracting with all subcontractors and purchasing of all materials for each assigned project&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare cost estimates for proposals and bids in conjunction with the pre-con team. Solicit bids and estimates from subcontractors and suppliers.
