Monitor program quality, licensing compliance and continuous improvement efforts Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams to strengthen curriculum, staffing and overall program success Foster a positive workplace culture rooted in teamwork, reflective practice and continuous learning EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Below is a list of education and work experience qualifications . We encourage you to apply even if you may not meet all the listed qualifications and you are interested in becoming a Preschool Teacher. Bachelor’s required and Master’s preferred in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Special Education Required 24 ECE units with 3 units of Supervision, or Bachelor’s in Child Development with a Supervisor Permit through CTCC Experience teaching, and managing or directing a preschool (or equivalent experience) Learning Links is committed to recruiting and retaining diverse staff; we strongly encourage BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and marginalized candidates to apply!
