We embrace change and are open to new thinking and pushing for positive change in our industry.<br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Purpose</span><br>Responsible for ensuring that vendor invoice process operates in a timely and accurate manner so that the company can meets or exceeds its delivery commitment to its customers.<br></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Responsible for ensuring that vendor invoice posted in a timely and accurate manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Comply with customer accounting requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure data entries posting are cleared as soon as possible within set KPIs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Verify invoice information are correct (including checking billing party name, amount agreed as per close estimate, invoice details, tax rate etc)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain working relationships with key customer accounting contacts, various performing agents and internal offices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Keep Team Leader advised on any outstanding/ performance issues relating to invoices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicate with service providers on outstanding invoices and verify the invoices</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Knowledge:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of Disbursement Account processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Good level of numeracy</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Fluent English language skills</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounts</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>Customer service focus</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><em>Experience of working to pre-defined processes, procedures and delivering work in accordance to SLA (Service Level Agreements)</em></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Inchcape Shipping Services?</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We believe in building a diverse and high-performing workforce that works together to provide our customers with the exceptional service they deserve.
