Whether you&#39;re starting out or leveling up, Academy is a place where fun can’t lose!  </p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or relevant field of study required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Experiences:</b></p><ul><li>7&#43; years of experience across Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Retail, Distribution, and Consulting Environments, with increasing scope and complexity</li><li>Experience in retail supply chain environment preferred</li><li>Experience in a consulting organization preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Skills:</span></b></p><ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; project management and relationship building capabilities</li><li>Proven success optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance, improving cost, service, capacity, and flow across planning, fulfillment, transportation, and distribution</li><li>Demonstrated ownership of cross functional initiatives, including large scale operational improvements and technology enabled transformations</li><li>Strong track record of developing actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in cost efficiency, network flow, capacity utilization, and customer service</li><li>Expertise in translating complex data and analyses into clear, concise recommendations for senior leadership and operational teams</li><li>Hands-on experience with enterprise systems, including WMS, YMS, TMS, ERP platforms, and forecasting/planning tools, AI platforms</li><li>Advanced analytical and visualization capabilities, leveraging tools such as Power BI, SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint to support data driven decision making</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities</span></b><b>:</b></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve cost, service and throughput across the full supply chain- from vendor to customer </li><li>Lead root-cause analyses and develop actionable recommendations to enhance operational performance</li><li>Optimize inventory levels and replenishment strategies balancing cost and service</li><li>Manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment with various vendors and merchants by anticipating business needs</li><li>Enhance supplier performance and relationships through data driven collaboration and continuous improvement efforts such as OTIF (On Time and In Full), Prepaid vs. Collect</li><li>Serve as the primary operational contact for vendors; facilitating monthly business reviews focused on operational performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative value creation</li><li>Partner with Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Transportation, Sourcing, and IT to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Supply Chain Strategies</li><li>Influence key stakeholders (Internal and External) at all levels to drive adoption of new processes and improvements</li><li>Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership through presentations</li><li>Develop long range supply chain strategies aligned to business growth objectives</li><li>Conduct analyses to evaluate inventory flows, capacity, transportation performance, and long range planning scenarios.</li><li>Build models and tools that support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic supply chain design</li><li>Partner with Merchandising, Transportation, Distribution, and Store Operations to align on planning assumptions and strategic priorities</li><li>Collaborate with IT, Operations, and external partners to evaluate and implement new tools, automation, and digital capabilities</li><li>Translate business needs into functional requirements and support testing, rollout, and adoption of new systems</li><li>Champion continuous improvement methodologies to standardize processes and elevate operational excellence</li><li>Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to cost, service, efficiency, and inventory performance through operational scorecards</li><li>Drive a culture of continuous improvement through structured problem solving and change management</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Physical Requirements &amp; Attendance</span></b></p><ul><li>Regular in-office attendance is required</li><li>Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties</li><li>Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards</li></ul><h2>Equal Employment Opportunity</h2><p style=\"text-align:left !important\">Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate with regard to employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by law.<b>​</b></p>",
