Communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of supply chain strategies. Ensure purchase orders are processed accurately and timely. Execute RFx processes in alignment with strategic sourcing guidelines. Identify and deliver savings opportunities. Negotiate prices for materials and delivery from suppliers. Develop, monitor, and maintain savings tracking methods and processes. Identify procurement compliance requirements and obtain necessary approvals. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain solution. Monitor performance of suppliers and assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. Collaborate with suppliers to identify innovative solutions and improvements. Utilize soft skills such as: Be detail-oriented and organized. Work effectively under pressure. Have excellent communication. Have initiative and be a self-starter. Use problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strategic sourcing. Utilize technical skills such as: Knowledge of supply chain management and fab to print procurements. Supplier Quality. Proficiency in ERP systems. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
