This is because we celebrate the diversity of thought, the richness of the human experience and the desire to reflect the communities we serve.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Summary</strong><br />\r\nTo support all aspects of production and handles production goal tracking, quality and quantity checks and upon the discretion of the manager, supervises retail production staff.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Hires, orients, trains, develops, coaches, disciplines, evaluates performance, and terminates staff. Ensures job descriptions are maintained and updated as well as establishes performance criteria. Promotes and models a team-based approach amount staff and works across departments to support all aspects of employment at Goodwill Keystone Area.</li>\r\n\t<li>Achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals needed for the stores. Works with leadership to ensure donation volume or raw material meets expectations to support established goals. Monitors production data to ensure proper pricing.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensures every rack or cart of processed goods, meets standards of quality and closely monitors quantity and pricing.</li>\r\n\t<li>Cross train and be proficient in every aspect including pace of production in order to train new Merchandise Processors in Central Processing and fill in when necessary.</li>\r\n\t<li>Train new staff and coach existing staff to follow the production process, holding the staff accountable for meeting processing goals.</li>\r\n\t<li>Supports new stores in all needed production to meet expectations of grand opening. Continue support until the store is able to be self-sufficient.</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicates production progress, changes, and all general information regarding to production as a topic during staff meetings.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure workstations only have necessary supplies and are stocked to meet goals.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure area is locked, secured and all personnel has left safely when closing is necessary.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure all Merchandise Processors Central Processing keep workstation clean and organized.</li>\r\n\t<li>Complete all other duties as assigned by the Production and Inventory Manager.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Meet quality and goals by sending in jewelry and merchandise weekly to the Ecommerce Department.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure compliance with all Goodwill Keystone Area policies, procedures and employee handbook.</li>\r\n\t<li>Promotes an environment of workplace safety.
