This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance technicians, coordinating daily maintenance activities, supporting equipment uptime, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, auxiliary systems, and facility infrastructure.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate brings strong technical maintenance expertise, proven leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This individual will play a key role in improving equipment reliability, supporting production, and developing a high-performing maintenance team.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise and support maintenance technicians in the completion of daily maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assign and prioritize maintenance work based on production demands, downtime events, and overall facility needs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts on injection molding machines, robots, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee preventive maintenance execution to ensure scheduled work is completed accurately and on time through the computerized maintenance management system.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve uptime, reliability, and maintenance efficiency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate maintenance support for mold changes, production line issues, and unplanned downtime events.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately, including repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up actions needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain critical facility systems, including electrical, compressed air, chilled water, HVAC, and related utilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner closely with production, process, tooling, and leadership teams to quickly resolve equipment-related issues and minimize disruptions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify spare parts, replacement components, and outside service needs; communicate proactively to avoid downtime risks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in the planning and execution of larger repairs, equipment upgrades, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Train, coach, and develop maintenance team members to strengthen technical capability, safe work practices, and overall performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Promote and enforce compliance with all safety requirements, including:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Lockout/tagout</li><li>Fall protection</li><li>Electrical safe work practices</li><li>Personal protective equipment requirements</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain strong housekeeping, organization, and maintenance shop standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics injection molding.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience in maintenance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent required;
