    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Job Summary:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The LPN is responsible for providing nursing care to the patient under the direction of a physician or health care provider in a Multi-Specialty Clinic.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Functions and Duties:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists physicians with patient office visits, including putting patients in rooms, interviewing patients, recording vital signs including pulse rate, blood pressure, height and weight, and enters information in patient&rsquo;s electronic medical record.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs select clinical tests, manages and operates equipment safely and correctly.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Administers and documents medication under physician&rsquo;s order.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs office visits and completes appropriate documentation in patient&rsquo;s electronic medical record.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists physicians with office based procedures and office based procedures under anesthesia by participating in time out procedure; providing pre and post-operative care; assists physician during actual procedure.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Observes, records, and reports changes in patients&rsquo; condition.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Labeling and processing patient specimens as needed, including tracking specimens in appropriate logs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organizes exam rooms, including general cleaning, upkeep, and re-stocking of supplies.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for collecting equipment for a procedure; assisting during the procedure or examination; and cleaning up afterward.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Fields patient telephone calls and responds accordingly.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrates appropriate hand washing technique to insure proper infection control and follows universal precautions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responsible for collecting specimens, such as urine, or performing phlebotomy duties to obtain blood for lab tests.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs all other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Education</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Graduate of an accredited school for licensed practicing nurses.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Experience</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">6 &ndash;
