    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>ABACUS</strong> Houston is currently seeking <strong>HVAC Professionals</strong> to join our team!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s In It For Me?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Abacus HVAC Professionals earn - $55,000 - $500,000 / year</strong></li>\n <li>Health, Vision and Dental plans for you and your family to choose from</li>\n <li>New company truck, Gas card and paid tolls</li>\n <li>Dispatch from home</li>\n <li>We will keep you busy year-round</li>\n <li>Sign-on and referral bonuses</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Coached and supported career growth</li>\n <li>401K Retirement Plan with company match</li>\n <li>Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Special Program Options: FSA, EPA, Legal Services, and Identity Theft</li>\n <li>Continuous Training for your Professional Development</li>\n <li>Working in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>WE ARE HIRING!! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician/Warranty Technicians</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ year of HVAC experience in service including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues. </li>\n <li>Type I & II EPA Certification</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation</li>\n <li>TDLR Certified </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems         </li>\n <li>Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through communication and customer service skills          </li>\n <li>Educate your customers on their maintenance requirements                        </li>\n <li>Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>HVAC Residential Lead Installer </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install/Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to: ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump)</li>\n <li>Maintain good working order of company vehicle</li>\n <li>Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.</li>\n <li>Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer</li>\n <li>Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency</li>\n <li>Engage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacement</li>\n <li>Understand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card payments</li>\n <li>Participate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.</li>\n <li>Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentor</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>HVAC Install Helpers Residential </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC units</li>\n <li>Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.</li>\n <li>Performing start-up of equipment</li>\n <li>Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.</li>\n <li>Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company</li>\n <li>Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets</li>\n <li>Clean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.</li>\n <li>Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truck</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Must have EPA license.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Registration as a technician with TDLR is a requirement.</strong></li>\n <li>2 - 5+ years of experience in service, install, maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues</li>\n <li>Mechanical aptitude    </li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations</li>\n <li>Results driven in a high-energy environment                 </li>\n <li>Attention to detail                 </li>\n <li>Must be able to follow directions and work independently    </li>\n <li>Service Titan experience preferred.       </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
