We are competent, capable, and we invest in our people and in our processes to ensure we continue to grow and do our best work every day. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Scope of the position:</span></p>\n<p><br>Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components and structures, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibility</span><br>−Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to fabricate metal components using various tools and equipment.<br>−Cut, weld, and shape metal pieces to assemble structural frameworks and machinery parts.<br>−Inspect fabricated components for quality and accuracy and make necessary adjustments.<br>−Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure manufacturability and functionality of fabricated components.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Performance Indicators</span><br>−Accuracy and precision of fabricated components.<br>−Compliance with quality and safety standards.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Decision making authority</span><br>Selection of fabrication techniques and materials, and recommendations for process improvements.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The above is not exhaustive.
