So, if you want to inspire a brighter work day for everyone, including yourself, you’ve found a match in Workday, and we hope to be a match for you too.</p><br /><p><b>About the Team</b></p><br />Located in Dublin - Workday's Accounts Receivable, Collections Team is a diverse group of customer service focused people, with an invaluable mix of experience and backgrounds.<br /><p><b>About the Role</b></p><br /><p>Workday is expanding its Global AR Operations team in Dublin and is seeking a highly skilled <b><u><span>Accounts Receivable Analyst, Collections </span></u></b>who wants to make their mark on a growing organization.  This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer credit accounts in various capacities within the A/R team which include: customer service, <span>troubleshooting/resolving</span> past due balances and coordination with other Workday functional teams to assist in resolving issues. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-pace environment.</p><p></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities </span></b></p><ul><li><p>Maintain a portfolio of customer accounts which includes: weekly/monthly invoice inquiries to troubleshoot/resolve past due balances, responding to customer inquiries, distribution of customer statements, resolution of purchase order issues and performance of customer account reconciliations as needed</p></li><li><p>Analyze past due accounts and recommend best course of action to resolve the past due balances. </p></li><li><p>Assist in reconciling transactions and balances to maintain accurate accounts</p></li><li><p>Assist in the monthly calculation of the bad debt reserve</p></li><li><p>Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records</p></li><li><p>Investigate and resolve customer queries</p></li><li><p>Advocate for best outcomes with consideration to customer impact. Customer follow up to determine needs have been met or develop ideas to help meet those needs</p></li><li><p>Collaborates across teams while comfortably demonstrates effective communication to senior management audiences including presentations</p></li><li><p>Special projects as assigned</p></li></ul><br /><p><b>About You</b></p><br /><p><b><span>Basic Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li><p>5&#43; years of experience in Accounts Receivable or relevant customer facing experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Other Qualifications </span></b></p><ul><li><p>Accounting or other business degree preferred</p></li><li><p>A genuine passion for customer service</p></li><li><p>Excellent follow-through abilities and interest in seeing things reach a resolution</p></li><li><p>Strong analytic and problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p>Organized, detail oriented and accurate</p></li><li><p>Professional demeanor</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management</p></li><li><p>Solution oriented</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills</p></li></ul><br /><p><b>Workday Pay Transparency Statement (For EU Locations Only)</b></p><br /><p>Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
