          "text": "<ul><li>Unload grain and grain by-products from trucks.</li><li>Opening gates and doors on trucks</li><li>Must be able to distinguish different products and report any abnormities to supervisor</li><li>Must be able to perform all barge/deck hand duties in a safe manner</li><li>Must be able to load barges individually and communicate with deck hands and the control room personnel</li><li>Must have adequate knowledge with the Compuweigh scale system</li><li>Must be able to accurately probe loaded commodity trucks</li><li>Must be able to operate all control room functions – Navigate grain to the specified locations</li><li>Must be able to operate bin sweeps in all grain tanks</li><li>Must be able to operate the grain dryer efficiently and effectively to reach the targeted moisture</li><li>Work is physically demanding, dirty and exposed to outside elements</li><li>Follow instructions of Superintendent, Assistant or Lead</li><li>Follow all LDC safety rules and procedures</li><li>Must have adequate knowledge of all SHE policies</li><li>Responsible for a clean work area, clean facility and general maintenance (housekeeping)</li><li>Must wear all required PPE for the jobs being performed</li><li>Assist in all areas of the facility as needed</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities <em>(including any physical demands)</em></strong></p><p>The following are the basic qualifications:</p><ul><li>Knowledgeable and experienced in the use of hand tools, power tools, chain falls, com-a-longs, grinders, drill presses, table saws, etc…</li><li>Must have ability to work from ladders and scaffolds at heights above 6’</li><li>Be able to lift and carry a minimum of 75 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to work in dusty conditions</li><li>Must be able to work frequently in inclement weather</li><li>Must be aware and attentive to surroundings which may include automatic starting conveyors belts and other moving machinery&#xa0;</li><li>Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, squat, and crawl occasionally and stand and walk frequently</li></ul>",
