    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong>&nbsp;<br><span>    </span>&nbsp;<br>The Building Services Technician supports the daily operation, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall functionality of assigned facilities. This position performs custodial and light maintenance duties, responds to routine facility needs, and assists with coordinating and monitoring contractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with university standards, policies, and operational expectations.
