Chief Financial Officer Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the Senior Executive Team and a strategic partner to the CEO, Board of Directors and Audit Committee, responsible for providing enterprise-wide financial leadership while helping Lifeworks navigate a highly regulated and rapidly evolving environment. Financial Management & Stewardship Lead and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, internal controls, reporting, and scalability. Strengthen and modernize accounts receivable processes, improve reconciliation practices, and increase visibility into collections. Advance enterprise forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-support capabilities to inform strategic planning and resource allocation. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, boost productivity, and leverage technology to improve overall performance. Develop dashboards and reporting tools that deliver clear, actionable insights to leaders across the organization. Cross-Functional Leadership Build strong partnerships with operational and program leaders to ensure financial insights effectively support decision-making at all levels. Translate complex financial information into clear, accessible insights for non-financial stakeholders. Strengthen collaboration across Finance, Programs, Payroll, Human Resources, and other key functions.
