          "text": "<p>The Finance Manager - Consumer Marketing is an experienced individual contributor responsible for leading complex financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities in support of key business objectives for the Consumer business. This role exercises sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and influences decision-making through data-driven insights and strong business partnership.</p><p>The role is expected to independently own major planning processes, develop financial frameworks, and provide strategic and operational finance support to senior business stakeholders. While this position does not have direct people management responsibility, it is expected to provide functional leadership, and guidance to cross-functional partners.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Partner with business leaders as a trusted finance advisor</strong>, providing financial insights to support marketing campaigns, strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment trade-offs</li><li><strong>Own end-to-end financial planning and forecasting</strong> for assigned business areas, including annual operating plans, quarterly outlooks, and long-range plans</li><li><strong>Develop, maintain, and enhance revenue, margin, and ROI models</strong>, incorporating key business drivers and scenario analysis</li><li><strong>Drive preparation of executive-level financial reviews</strong>, including dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting with clear financial narratives</li><li><strong>Lead analysis of month-end and quarter-end results</strong>, ensuring accuracy, insight, and alignment with internal controls and reporting standards</li><li><strong>Perform in-depth variance analysis </strong>to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate root causes and implications to senior leadership</li><li><strong>Identify, design, and implement process, control, and tools improvements</strong> to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability</li><li><strong>Lead or play a key role in cross-functional initiatives and special projects</strong>, including financial systems implementations and business process enhancements</li><li><strong>Prepare complex ad hoc analyses</strong> to support senior management decision-making and time-sensitive business needs</li></ul>",
