Thank you!<br><br>Details:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">PPM exists to build up, encourage, and assist the local Church in serving and reaching their communities for Christ. As a Seasonal Staff member serving as an Assistant Trip Leader or Trip Leader, you’ll spend time investing in these genuine partnerships by facilitating both logistical and relational aspects of these short-term mission opportunities. PPM staff will stay on site with mission teams, providing them with a mission trip experience in one of our host locations, while also participating in ministry opportunities alongside the teams during the week. <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-style: italic\">Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Mentorship &amp; Guidance:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Lead team through logistical, relational, and spiritual aspects of their trip. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Facilitating Ministry: </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Oversee and support service projects, relational ministry, and outreach. Encourage participants during ministry time while maintaining oversight to ensure that projects and tasks are running smoothly, supplies needed are available, and questions are answered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Relational Leadership:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Build and maintain positive relationships with local PPM church partners and ministries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Debrief &amp; Devotions: </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist in leading evening devotions and Gospel centered debriefs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Meal Prep:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Work with other staff to prepare breakfast and dinner for the team each day. Help set out items for people to prepare their own sack lunches. If meal prep is not required, be of support to the local cooks as needed. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Inventory Management:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Monitor inventory, ensuring everything needed is ready for each meal or ministry site, and assist the trip leader with supply runs during the week.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Facility Care:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Care and cleaning for the lodging facilities to ensure PPM groups leave places better than we found them, in addition to facility prep before team arrival and clean up after team departure. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Translating: </span>Help translate from Spanish to English and English to Spanish during church services, ministry time, and other conversations for host pastors, church members and team participants. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Driving:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Drive participants and other staff from site to site in rental vehicles (including 15+ passenger vans), ensuring safe transport for all. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Expenses:</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> Trip Leaders will be responsible for managing each trip budget and tracking expenses during the trip, in addition to completing the trip’s expense report. Assistant Leaders may be responsible for turning in receipts for reimbursement if applicable. <br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are currently hiring for domestic placements, as we hire local staff within the countries we serve to lead trips in our international locations. Praying Pelican Missions values hiring local staff in the regions in which we host missions trips for a variety of reasons.
