Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.   <strong> </strong>Provide direct supervision and managerial oversight necessary for the efficient and profitable management of a store. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Job Duties:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the development of an annual store operating budget, and operate the store within the budgetary guidelines</li>\n <li>Responsible for the hiring, development, performance review, and disciplinary actions of store personnel </li>\n <li>Responsible for insuring all employees are adequately trained to perform duties</li>\n <li>Responsible for assignment of duties and scheduling of staff to ensure payroll and productivity budget guidelines are met </li>\n <li>Responsible for meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines </li>\n <li>Manage and balance the store inventory to ensure maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs</li>\n <li>Ensures in-store technology is being used to its fullest potential to ensure a maximum return on investment of the technology and life span. </li>\n <li>Communicate corporate goals to all store personnel, through weekly store meetings</li>\n <li>Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times</li>\n <li>Ensure all Loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention</li>\n <li>Ensure all corporate marketing, advertising and promotional programs are fully executed and implemented</li>\n <li>Assist in the collections and management of all Accounts Receivables, including Third Party, Compensation, and Kinney House Charge</li>\n <li>Ensure all receiving and handling requirements for Kinney warehoused merchandise and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) merchandise are followed</li>\n <li>Ensure all Standards of Presentations (SOP), and Merchandise presentation guidelines are implemented and maintained in a timely fashion</li>\n <li>Interface with various auditors, inspectors, vendors and outside agencies as needed</li>\n <li>Ensure the physical plant is maintained to protect customer and employee safety.</li>\n <li>Submit required reports, cashups, timesheets and other requested data to corporate on time</li>\n <li>Ensures all store employees follow all state and federal guidelines regarding the sale of alcohol and tobacco</li>\n <li>Attend and actively participate in all Kinney required training/management programs, as requested by Supervisor</li>\n <li>Perform all store clerk duties as needed</li>\n <li>Oversight responsibilities to ensure store is compliant with all state and federal regulations and requirements</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: AS Degree</li>\n <li>Preferred: BS degree in Business Administration or a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: 5 or more years previous experience in Merchandising, Store Management or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Conditions of Employment</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug test</li>\n <li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li>\n <li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> $60,500-$63,500 Annual</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
