Together, we secure everything from family garages to the world's most iconic stadiums and skyscrapers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We currently have an opening for an Estimating Sales Rep. in our Mountaintop, PA location. This position is a hybrid position after completing training. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and use competitive pricing information for use in quoting.</li>\n<li>Provide assistance to customers concerning specification interpretation, write appropriate RFI’s, quotations, and be empowered to close jobs within established guidelines, and resolve customer issues. Inform and engage the customer in the proper application of our products, within regulatory standards.</li>\n<li>Review requests for quotes and estimates; generate quotes/estimates using company sales strategies; remain knowledgeable and up-to-date with all product lines. Meet and exceed group sales targets.</li>\n<li>Work independently or with outside sales force to ensure information is correct before order entry, to close orders, and to provide revenue management.</li>\n<li>Generate reports as required to track bookings, revenue, close ratio, RFI logs, quote follow-up logs, and contribution.</li>\n<li>Assist in new customer prospecting and new customer assimilation; foster mutually beneficial relationships with existing distributors and new accounts. Promote and teach the Company's sales strategies at every occasion.</li>\n<li>Assist all departments in efficient communication with internal and external customers; maintain positive customer, vendor, and coworker relationships.</li>\n<li>Use Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook and other databases to communicate, process billing, relay messages, etc.</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate’s Degree or 5 years of inside sales experience within the construction products industry.</li>\n<li>Advanced product knowledge, knowledge of product regulations and industry standards, communication skills, telephone skills, and analytical skills.</li>\n<li>Must work effectively with other areas of the organization.</li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of tools available in the Company's pricing and order entry system.</li>\n<li>Ability to perform a take-off from blueprints and interpret a specification as it relates to Company products.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Why Choose a Career With Us?</p>\n<p>We don't just manufacture doors; we engineer the \"front door\" of the American dream and the security of global commerce.
