Your ability to motivate staff, maintain compliance with beverage, health, and gaming regulations, and oversee operational details ensures each guest enjoys a consistently elevated experience. Through strong communication, hands‑on leadership, and a commitment to safety and service excellence, you help create a welcoming, well‑run environment that reflects the exceptional standards of the Live! brand.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with the development and managing of the beverage department budget.</li>\n <li>Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries</li>\n <li>Schedules staffing levels to maintain consistent levels of employment to ensure a positive guest experience.</li>\n <li>Development of staff, to include training, interviewing for new hires, performance management, include disciplinary counseling, and conducting performance evaluations.</li>\n <li>Assist with coordination and supervision of department financial data.</li>\n <li>Reviews beverage activities and promotions with Beverage Manager.</li>\n <li>Monitor and adjust performance to local competition.</li>\n <li>Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Health Department, applicable OSHA Regulations, and Gaming Regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent service, communication, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Objective analytical and effective prioritization skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Analyze and interpret departmental/company goals.</li>\n   <li>Manage multiple tasks in stressful environments.</li>\n   <li>Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.</li>\n   <li>Communicate effectively in one-on-one, small group and large group situations</li>\n   <li>Read, write and communicate verbally in English </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>A consistently demonstrated a high level of integrity, confidentiality, teamwork and positive attitude while achieving departmental/company goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A two (2)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience with bar operations, supervising, and processes.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to stand and ability to sit for long periods of time.</li>\n <li>Ability to use hands and fingers to handle and feel; use hands and arms to reach, legs and feet to balance, stoop, kneel or crouch</li>\n <li>Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs and infrequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to regularly utilize sufficient vision or other powers of observation to review documents and computer screens and organize documents and materials.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Perks We Offer You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
