In this role, you will combine technical expertise, customer interaction, and solution engineering to deliver scalable AI and search solutions that create measurable business value.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Client Engagement &amp; Solution Delivery: </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work with customers and partners throughout solution qualification, implementation, deployment, and support phases, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of Squirro solutions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Solution Design &amp; Technical Consulting: </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions that meet business expectations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Platform Customization &amp; Development: </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Extend the Squirro platform with custom backend components using Python and Bash, develop integrations, and support REST API implementations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Search, AI &amp; Data Engineering: </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Implement and optimize enterprise search solutions using Elasticsearch, AI/LLM integrations, Agentic Workflows, and modern AI tooling to improve relevance, automation, and insights generation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Infrastructure &amp; Deployment: </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deploy and manage solutions within Linux and hybrid infrastructure environments, using tools such as Ansible and microservices-based architectures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Cross-functional Collaboration: </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain technical documentation, contribute to knowledge sharing, and collaborate with engineering teams on product improvements and customer-driven feature requirements.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As our customer base continues to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Solutions Engineer who is comfortable operating at both strategic and technical levels. You will support the Delivery team in implementing scalable AI, search, and data solutions for enterprise customers.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong Python experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working in technical consulting, software engineering, or DevOps roles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in customer-facing technical environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience deploying and supporting Linux-based systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Elasticsearch in production environments, including relevancy tuning and search optimization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with LLMs, Agentic Workflows, and AI integration patterns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with REST APIs, backend development, and third-party integrations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with databases such as Postgres, MySQL/MariaDB, or Redis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with microservices architectures and hybrid infrastructure deployments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">NLP and Machine Learning experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Flask, FastAPI, React, or NGINX</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with project delivery in Agile or Waterfall environments</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Tools You’ll Use</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You’ll work with a modern engineering stack supporting AI, search, deployment, and enterprise integrations.
