Execute network projects based on the ADC annual work plan or user requirements, and provide technical support for network incidents and service requests in compliance with the Bank’s standards.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement network infrastructure projects (LAN/WAN, Internet, firewall, VPN) according to annual work plan or user requirements.</li>\n <li>Perform daily network operation and maintenance including monitoring, health checks, configuration backup, patch management, and system upgrades.</li>\n <li>Provide technical support and incident resolution for network-related issues.</li>\n <li>Configuring and maintaining security devices such as firewalls, and NAC systems.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate documentation including network diagrams, configuration records, and operational manuals.Administer and maintain network management system.</li>\n <li>Install and configure networking equipment, complete structured cabling and labeling in the computer room, and maintain asset tracking.</li>\n <li>Support audit and external examinations by preparing technical documentation and responding to inquiries.</li>\n <li>Ensure all network operations comply with regulatory requirements, security policies, and internal standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required. </li>\n <li>Minimum 4 years of work experience in Network engineer in IT infrastructure area; Minimum 3 years of work experience in Switch, router and firewall operation and maintenance; Minimum 2 years in Network infrastructure design.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with mainstream network vendors’ devices, such as Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and Layer 2 technologies; familiarity with network security concepts.</li>\n <li>Cisco CCNP preferred.</li>\n <li>Bilingual in English and Mandarin highly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range<p><em>Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.</em></p></h2>USD $65,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.",
