Description We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician – Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  You’ll keep people and equipment safe by rigorously following HSE standards, stopping work for hazards, modeling safe practices around electrical and energy sources, and promoting an interdependent safety culture.  You’ll protect equipment uptime by performing skilled repairs and maintenance that prevent failures, reduce unplanned downtime, and support stable manufacturing operations.  You’ll deliver high-quality workmanship by applying strong craftsmanship, following diagrams and specifications, and using the right tools, measuring, and testing instruments every time.  You’ll strengthen preventive maintenance by documenting work accurately, providing feedback into the PM system, and supporting predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.  You’ll reduce cost and quality risk by identifying issues early, raising concerns, and ensuring work meets all process documentation and quality requirements.  You’ll improve manufacturing flow by collaborating with peers and support staff to identify constraints, solve problems, and streamline processes.  You’ll support continuous improvement by actively participating in TPM activities that enhance safety, quality, equipment reliability, and employee capability.  You’ll be a reliable technical partner by communicating clearly across teams, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and continuously building your skills to meet evolving business needs. Responsibilities To be successful, you will need to consistently demonstrate the following:   Strong collaboration – Build effective partnerships across teams, share knowledge freely, and work together toward shared safety, quality, and delivery goals.   A customer-focused mindset – Understand customer requirements and translate them into reliable, high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.   Sound decision-making – Make timely, well-informed decisions that balance safety, quality, cost, and delivery, even when conditions are challenging.   A results-driven approach – Stay focused on outcomes, push through obstacles, and consistently deliver against commitments.   Nimble learning habits – Learn quickly from hands-on experience, test new approaches, and use both successes and setbacks to continuously improve.   Commitment to health and safety – Model proactive safety behaviors, report hazards, and actively contribute to an interdependent, injury-free workplace.   Strong manufacturing knowledge – Apply a solid understanding of processes, equipment, and systems to implement improvements and adapt to change effectively.   Respect for differences – Value diverse perspectives and cultures, using them to strengthen teamwork, problem-solving, and overall performance. Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience. Qualifications Additional Info: The successful candidate will pass an entry level MIG welding test consisting of CJP on laps T joints and welding on round ¼" tube bodies.
