This position works directly with the President and Principal, and provides support and leadership to students and faculty within the daily life of the school. &nbsp;This position is full time 40 hours a week.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all aspects of Catholic Identity.</li><li>Ensure student faith formation inside and outside of the classroom.</li><li>Drive, lead and support the school’s community system.</li><li>Manage theology department and campus ministry team.</li><li>Direct student, faculty, and staff faith formation.</li><li>Review classroom curricula for mission alignment.</li><li>Evaluate communication of Catholic mission in key school documents (e.g. admissions materials, employee handbook, parent-student handbook, etc.).</li><li>Drive mission aspects of hiring faculty and staff.</li><li>Ensure onboarding of new employees includes a comprehensive introduction to school culture and campus life.</li><li>Direct and oversee parent/guardian formation.</li><li>Organize and lead pilgrimages for students and/or parents.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Apply a Catholic world view to the daily activities of the school.</li><li>Make timely, well-reasoned decisions; intelligently analyze issues and balance fact-based analysis with intuition, information, and experience.</li><li>Collaborate with administration, faculty, staff, and students on an on-going basis throughout the year.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions.</li><li>Use strong verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote a sense of collaboration and teamwork with the school and community.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Master’s Degree in Theology preferred or equivalent education and experience.</li><li>Practicing Catholic with ethical standards, personal integrity, and conduct consistent with the morals and teachings of the Catholic Church.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5 years administrative experience.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>St. Michael the Archangel High School offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental and vision plans, STD/LTD fully paid by the employer, retirement plans including a 403b plan and a defined benefit pension plan.
