    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Milton CAT, the exclusive dealer of Caterpillar equipment in the Northeast, is looking for a Work Tools Division Asset Manager to join our rapidly growing team. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Salary Range: </strong>$60,000 - $70,000 base salary with bonus potential</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits include: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off + 8 company paid holidays</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options for Employee and Family </li>\n <li>Disability & Life Insurance Packages</li>\n <li>Competitive Retirement Plan </li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement – available to FT employees with 1 year+ of service</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance program (EAP)</li>\n <li>Additional supplemental offerings and discount programs</li>\n <li>Employee Referral Program</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Worktool Asset Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Increase sales in assigned territory by calling on accounts</li>\n <li>Assist sales, product support, inside sales and parts counter in upselling worktools with machine deals and stand alone offerings</li>\n <li>Monitor and advise stores on inventory levels, worktool displays and store inventory presentation</li>\n <li>Oversee New Inventory Levels – Work with Sales OPS in this responsibility\n  <ul>\n   <li>Work with manufacturers in meeting those levels to include CAT and Other</li>\n   <li>Work with Parts ops assuring of inventory levels for worktool supporting parts\n    <ul>\n     <li>Brackets, lines kits, jaws, tool bits, auger bits, etc. </li>\n    </ul></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Promote, Advise on Product Introduction, Product Value Message, Pricing Strategies, Pricing Communication, Program Communication on new worktool assets</li>\n <li>Oversee rental fleet worktool assets by reviewing pricing, bring to market and overseeing and advertising on repair and maintenance</li>\n <li>Have oversight on stand only worktool rentals</li>\n <li>Review pricing and advertising of used worktool assets</li>\n <li>Advise and improve on worktool transportation both internally and externally</li>\n <li>be the corporate champion for assigned products such as Mincon</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Worktool Install Oversight</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with Sales Service Coordinators and Prep Shops\n  <ul>\n   <li>Advise on complex worktool installs</li>\n   <li>Support and comminate with company Technical Communicators (TC’s)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Audit worktool installs\n  <ul>\n   <li>Advise on standard job adjustments needed</li>\n   <li>Advise on process adjustments needed</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Marketing </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with Marketing Group on Store Worktool Displays</li>\n <li>Support and Attend key trade shows</li>\n <li>Provide Marketing team with Worktool Material</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Based out of one of the Regional Stores in the assigned Territory\n  <ul>\n   <li>Not a work from home position</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>1-2 years work experience related to\n  <ul>\n   <li>Construction Equipment worktools/ attachments</li>\n   <li>Construction equipment or related industry parts, service, and sales operations</li>\n   <li>Knowledge and experience with construction equipment</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Skills with Microsoft applications to include PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams</li>\n <li>Excellent communications skills to include group presentations skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
