As a Master Esthetician, you’ll assess client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and create a memorable client experience. This role requires a motivated self-starter who can help grow our client base and meet revenue goals. You’ll also maintain a clean, organized work area and stay updated on industry advancements to promote and curate our services and products.</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">FLSA Status:<span> </span></span></span><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Non-exempt</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Duties/Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and contraindications.</li>\n<li>Recommend personalized skincare treatments and home care regimens.</li>\n<li>Maintain a friendly, engaging conversation with clients to enhance their experience.</li>\n<li>Stay updated on product knowledge and promote appropriate services and products.</li>\n<li>Adhere to esthetics policies, including chemical usage, equipment maintenance, and sanitation.</li>\n<li>Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and punctually.</li>\n<li>Ensure work areas, equipment, and linens are clean and sanitized.</li>\n<li>Accurately document client charts and update records as needed.</li>\n<li>Communicate promotions and special offers to clients.</li>\n<li>Uphold all company policies and procedures.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Washington State Licensure</span>: Current and active Master Esthetician license.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span>: Minimum of 5 years in the esthetics industry; ideally at least 1 year w/ laser treatments</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills</span>: Proficiency in a broad range of skincare treatments; strong verbal and written communication; exceptional people skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professionalism</span>: Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the highest standards of client care.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge</span>: Deep understanding of skincare techniques and industry best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Physical Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Prolonged periods of standing when administering treatment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: windowtext\">Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 50 pounds</span></li>\n</ul>",
