With over 20 years of experience, we are known for delivering quality work with care and respect for the communities we serve.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote and implement a strong SHEQ culture aligned with a “Zero Harm” approach</li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with SHEQ policies, procedures, and legal requirements</li>\n<li>Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and safety tours</li>\n<li>Complete SHEQ reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), including incidents and KPIs</li>\n<li>Support ISO audits and maintain SHEQ systems and documentation</li>\n<li>Deliver toolbox talks, safety alerts, and briefings to site teams</li>\n<li>Monitor and analyse SHEQ data to identify trends and improvements</li>\n<li>Maintain systems such as ECO-online and document control platforms</li>\n<li>Encourage reporting of hazards, near misses, and incidents</li>\n<li>Support and guide site teams and SHEQ coordinators</li>\n<li>Attend SHEQ meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum)</li>\n<li>Experience within <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">social housing, maintenance, or minor works projects</span></li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation and best practices</li>\n<li>Experience with audits, reporting, and compliance systems</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Proactive, organised, and able to work independently</li>\n<li>Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; SHEQ systems desirable)</li>\n<li>Full UK driving licence</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>TechIOSH membership</li>\n<li>CSCS card</li>\n<li>First Aid / Fire Marshal training</li>\n<li>Asbestos Awareness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li>\n<li>Company van and fuel card</li>\n<li>Generous holiday allowance, with the option to purchase more</li>\n<li>Pension scheme and health cash plan (Medicash)</li>\n<li>Employee referral scheme</li>\n<li>Retail discounts and savings platform</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and development support</li>\n<li>Friendly, supportive team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></span></p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing group, working on meaningful projects within the social housing sector.
