Health & Safety Specialist

Health & Safety Specialist Victoria, BC $75,000 – $85,000 a year | Full-time | On-site Flynn Group of Companies is currently seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to support our Victoria Branch. This position reports to the Health & Safety Supervisor and acts as the primary safety resource for the branch. This role requires a hands-on, highly responsive individual who is comfortable working independently while supporting crews, leadership, and worksites in real time. This is an on-site Monday-Friday role, split between the office and job sites. Typical working hours range from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexibility required to accommodate crew start times, training session and site demands.
