    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><em>The</em> <em>Quality Control Team Member ensures that products and materials meet established quality standards through careful inspection and testing.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em>(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Examine materials, components, and finished products at various stages of production to identify defects or deviations from specifications </li>\n <li>Accurately document inspection results, including any defects or non‑conformities identified </li>\n <li>Communicate inspection findings and report quality issues to Supervisors and Production staff in a timely manner </li>\n <li>Provide recommendations for process improvements based on quality data, inspection results, and observations </li>\n <li>Follow all safety rules, procedures, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) standards </li>\n <li>Demonstrate knowledge of safety equipment and company safety policies </li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized work area by practicing 5S standards; ensure workstations, tools, and gauges are properly maintained </li>\n <li>Follow all work orders and instructions provided by Supervisors and Management </li>\n <li>Actively participate as a member of the Quality Team, where teamwork and collaboration are essential </li>\n <li>Demonstrate proficiency in required inspection techniques, including: </li>\n <li>Push / Pull / Push</li>\n <li>Push / Push</li>\n <li>Overhead reach capability</li>\n <li>Second shift; training on first</li>\n <li>Perform all other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> No</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience: 0-3 years</li>\n <li>Education: High School Diploma/GED</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Intermediate verbal and written communication skills </li>\n <li>Foreign language proficiency not required </li>\n <li>Previous work experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role preferred, including a minimum of one (1) year of production or assembly experience </li>\n <li>Strong observational skills with the ability to identify defects and verify compliance with specifications </li>\n <li>Ability to work weekends as needed based on operational requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience: 0-3 years</li>\n <li>Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: </strong></p>\n<p><strong>None</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work inside and outside in all climate conditions</li>\n <li>Ability to lift a maximum of 75 lbs. with assistance.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for 8-12 hours </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift arms above head throughout the shift</li>\n</ul>",
